Well here I go again on my weight loss journey. Been back n forward with weight watchers for as long as I can remember! Determined to stick to it this time at long last! At my heaviest I weighed 12st 5 and I currently weigh 10st 11n half! At my lowest since joining weight watchers i was 9st 12 ( oh how good that felt) but as u do I got complacent n piled it back on! my goal weight is 9st! Really want to get to it this time and stay there! ... Feel free to follow me ladies, pass on ur tips ect ! Xx

Well here goes, my food diary for yesterday ...

Breakfast .. cappuccino from Mach at work.. = 2
Apen bar = 2
= 4

Snacks = apple n satsuma

Dinner ... warboughtons sq wrap = 4
Half tin tuna = 2
Salad cream = 1
Mini Kipling cake = 3
sunbites crisp , sweet chilli flavour = 3
= 13.. was quite hungry tod! Lol


Tea .... Salmon fillet with morrocon rub... = 10 bag mixed veg = 0


Snacks party rings = 3
2x milka cookies = 4
Ww cream = 1
strwaberries = 0.

Tot = 35 ... 6 out of weeklies. I have used 24 weeklies so far and my weigh day is wed! Also drank 2 litre water tod

They arn't bad actually, nice for a sugar fix! Very light cookies! not low fat or anything . Just tried the brevita yog biscuits for the first time tod, thought they were nice but one would have been enough! Got greedy n had two x
 
I love the honey, nut & choc chip ones best!!! I have them for brekkie every day ;) xx
 
Oooh not tried those! Love anything to do with chocolate so I'm sure I will like them! When's ur weigh day? u been doin weight watchers long? Xx
 
I WI on tues! This is my 16th week! I've lost 2 stone so far :) x
 
Wow well done u!! How far away from goal? bet u are well chuffed with yourself! I need to start exercising , might start jogging! Did it for a but but gave up! Felt so much better tho when I went x
 
Haha me too but next time u might not keel over till 4 mins! ... Never knw u might build up to ten ;-) x
