KFC chicken as hexb?

Hi, I know kfc chicken strips are 5.5 syns each on green days but can anyone tell me whether you can count some of the chicken as a hexb?

How many syns are they on a red day, I suppose technically you could but you'd have to work out how many syns they were on a red day and the extra syns on green which aren't on red would be the chicken.

Your probably better off not doing it as KFC is high in syns on any plan, so even if you could count some as a HE it would still be high syns as well

Yes technically you could, but you'd have to figure how many syns are the oil and coating, and guesstimate just how much chicken there is. they are 3 on red, so that would suggest the other 2.5 is oil and coating, but then you will have to figure how many strips without the coating weigh 70g, probably wouldn't be a lot.
