KFC Chicken done the SW way

So many different ways of doing this! Going to trawl through and try and find the definitive recipe!!

I made this again yesterday for my whole family and they loved it. I used chicken breasts and didnt bother pre-cooking the chicken. Also used mr. mash instead of breadcrums and it worked a treat.

Has anyone tried making this using smash and chip spice for the coating? My friend was telling me about it the other day so was wondering if anyone else has tried this out? Was thinking if I was to try it I would add a bit off black pepper to the mix too.
