Kfc style chicken extra easy

Hi I'm going to attempt the SW KFC chicken , assuming I use thd breadcrumbs as HEB this will be syn free?
Has anyone tried this before?

I havnt tried the kfc recipe thats posted on here regularly but I did see a picture of a girl that had made it a different way and seemed really easy, im trying it next week. She dipped chicken im natural yogurt an then coated it in the topping which was crushed up rice krispies an cajun seasoning - it looks lovely an simple! You would only need to syn rice krispies!

Regarding the way using bread crumbs if you used brown bread I dont see why i wouldnt count as healthy extra? You should be okay

The way with breadcrumbs is ace and my 10 year old loves it he always wants mommy KFC now rather than the normal stuffs d because its not greasy my hubby can eat it too

I make KFC chicken with made up couscous as the topping. Tastes lovely
