Hello

Looking some help , was out for the day and we all went to KFC I got 2 chicken breast and took skin off . What would it be syn wise ??

Can't see the breasts on syns online, original chicken is 6 with skin (not sure if that is breast now i think about it). Removing skin would take a chunk of the syns off, but not sure how much. I'd overestimate at maybe 3.5/4 each..if they are the breasts.

Think it's free if you remove the skin n EE and original because if you have a fried fish from the chippy and remove batter/skin it's syn free x

Being deep fried in fat, even with the skin removed I personally would not say its free. With battered fish the batter makes a seal so to speak so due to the heat of the oil it steams the fish inside. KFC they only season the skin so fat would still seep into the meat.
