Well done on your loss so far. If its motivation and encouragement you need, along with lots of tips and good advice, you've come to the right place!
The best thing to do (imo!) is to start a diary on the sw diary section ASAP. You can keep track of your daily food, and also how you're feeling. And other members will chip in with ideas and comments. I've made some super friends since I've been on here, and they all recently helped to keep me fairly on track through my fathers illness, and sadly his passing away.
