Today was my first real day of doing this as I had been doing shred. Must say I'm v impressed, tons of programs to suit toning/ cardio/ sculpting etc & as I bore easily I hope they'll keep me interested long enough to tone up/shift a few pounds.

Anyone else using it/ recommend some of the programs particularly?

Heya Kieragh, we also have your shape and i am loving the cardio boxing, managed to unlock a few of the lessons so far, leaves me out of breath and knowing i have done some exercise, only doing 20 mins of the boxing a day atm but hoping to build on that as i slowly become less tired and able to breath after 5 mins. Havent tried many of the other classes or games, although i did try the hula hoop yesterday and realised how unfit i am even though i do cycle 10 miles a day. Is there any of the games/lessons u have found really enjoyable? I like the idea that some of them are that much fun it doesnt seem like exercise, we also bought Dance Central which has an exercise mode with it but i havent tried that out yet, too busy laughing at myself doing the dancing moves.

I spent most of the session doing the cardio boxing, loved the silver classes as they were faster! Didn't enjoy the zen too much as a cooldown tho. I liked the gym games too as a warm up. I'll try the toning and sculpting sessions next, let me know how u get on and what's working well! Thanks :)

I had a go and realized how unfit I am.

Love it because of how in-depth it is and I can shut the blinds and no one has to watch me :D

(hurrah finally a reason to justify my xbox addiction)

Lol!! What did u do on it? I'm doing it again tomorrow, did some of the adventures games with the kids, they're really good for short bursts of cardio & great craic :)

I have my shape fitness evolved, dance central, sports and adventures.

the my shape I do the cardio but its more fun to jump about on adventures with the kids :D

we also have kinectimals and joyride but they aren't too active ;)

I love the idea of the Wii fit but you can cheat on the wee and shake the remote while eating a mars bar, least on kinect you cant get away with it ;)

Lol lol!! I love the picture of someone eating a mars bar shaking the remote, class!! I did some myshape cardio today, got a good sweat up but the fact there is no warm up/ cool down routine bothers me? What do u do for those? Xx

My son's Diversity Dance Fitness Fusion has a warm up ;) Always a good excuse for a lil Ashley Banjo eye candy too :D
Kids all sick this week so haven't had a chance for workout. Settled for taking the puppy for some extra walks :D
Back to it once kids return to school and they have passed the bugs to me (oh its going to happen :cry:) and I'm well again.

I'm surviving, daughter is ghastly tho. will have to take her to gp tomorrow. can see her coming back with a new inhaler, shes been off them for 2 years :(.
Stoopid cold bugs.
Least I've not blown the diet, just the exercise ;)
