Food is looking great Kirsty! I am eating a lot more quorn at the moment (not the chicken one though- it made me feel sick! :eek:) it seems to be helping my losses I think :D xx

B - 2 x small brown bread, cheese triangle, ham then apple and green tea

L - lentil soup

S - melon grapes and pineapple

D - we changed plan burger syn free chips and roasted veg with small white roll 7

It's like a beef stew made with veg and paprika in the slow cooker!! I got the recipe off a random blog - sorry I can't remember now but if you google it you should find one you can adjust to make SW friendly! It was delisssshhh xx

So far im ok! Iv decided to add a chicken breast to dinner :) ig hungry I have fruit
