Going From Flab to FAB!
Well what the title says really
I left ww .. just fell off the wagon really, regained and went upto 15 stone 1 then went on cambridge, lost 2 stone .. got to the point where the shakes were just turning my stomach, Then started skipping them eating etc and am now upto 13.8lb ...
So ive decided to come back to WW I did enjoy the diet i do need the portion control but i also need to feel normal! .. i.e eating out, socialising etc ...
Im off on holiday with my OH on the 21st and want to get to into the 12s ... this would be brill! .. so my w.i day is a saturday i think as doing it from home, altho if i do waver ill be joining a weds morning class close by.
So far today ive eaten

Oh quicky question .. does anyone know how to make a really yummy low points coleslaw?
