kitchen cupboards

hi, i sorted my cupboards out a couple of weeks ago, it was amazing what got chucked in the bin. Because i still have to buy cakes and biscuits for hubby(he has a problem keeping weight on!!!) I bought some boxes and keep them in there, aslo they're great for keeping cupboards tidy

I emptied the cupboard of tins and noodles, and the freezer of orange food and chips etc when I started, and took them into work for a bloke there that was struggling to make ends meet that week due to unforseen vet bills...
the tins and noodles ended up as his lunches for a few weeks and the frozen stuff went home with him..

I often go through my cupboards and sort out the tins/packets.
I also label everything with syn values etc so it makes it easier when cooking and knowing the syns without having to log onto syns online. xx
