Kitchen essentials

I love my HUGE pan, soup maker, digital scales, measuring spoons and casserole dish.

I have a food processor (Argos Value!) that I love! It has a blender attachment as well, so it saves having both a blender & processor in the kitchen. Definitely recommend! It can be a little on the small side though, although it is ideal for me as I generally only use it for 1/2 portion meals at a time.

I hear that Actifry's are amazing, perhaps you could get one of those!

Another thing I would recommend is a good quality large non stick stockpot. I spent a fortune on mine but really don't regret it as I was sick of soups, stews, casseroles etc sticking on the bottom and then getting the burnt bits floating in it once I'd stirred - eeewwww!.

How about a slap chop? Soooo good! I just hate preparing veg, fruit and other diddly bits. It's literally slap, chop, slap chop again to make it smaller. Ideal for small bits, (it's just me at mine) lol and if you can stretch to it what about a tefal fresh express? I'm going to get one next paycheck.
