Are there any particular exercises that can be done to get rid of fat on the inner side of the knees or is it just the case that it'll go when all other excess weight is lost?
My weight seems to be being lost from the top down and I can see my ribs at the mo when I bend forward (I'm hoping my weight will somehow miraculously re-distribute itself). Weight has come off my lower half but I don't know whether every little bit of fat has to come off from the top down before it will come off the side of my knees.
I'm a bit concerned that it won't come off there at all (unless I became seriously underweight which I obviously don't want) and the only way it will go is if I have liposuction which I can't afford.
Anyone any experience of this?
