Knocked out of Ketosis - how soon would you know???

It's not something that you can put a time frame on really, but it tends to happen pretty quick.

The first sign will be hunger. Work through it and remember that regardless of whether you are in ketosis or not, you are still burning fat if your calories are low enough.

So, just get back on the wagon today and you'll be fine :)
