As I officially start tomorrow, I thought I would list what I have eaten today BEFORE going on the plan so I can look back one day and see how bad my diet was before I changed for the better, see how I gained so much, and show others the kind of diet that spins you up over 17st. I wrote it all down and was shocked by what I read back. Heed my warning! :eek:

:eek:Breakfast (I don't normally have it but today I made an exeception)
One and a half thick cheese and ham toasties with BBQ sauce made with wholemeal bread so at least that is something.

:eek:Morning snack
Big bowl of homemade soup and half a white roll with thick butter

A pizza (yes a whole one) with extra cheese

:eek:Afternoon snack
2 jaffa cakes (Would have had more but suprisingly didn't have the room)...

2 piece KFC meal large with thigh pieces (Love the greasy dark meat) and a slab of vienetta.

:eek:Evening snack
Chicken sandwich, chocolate cupcake, and two fun size mars bars

Lots of pop and tea with sweetner

Seeing this all written down is rather frightening. I knew it was bad but never knew how awful it was. It's a real wake up call, isn't it? I can't afford to let myself down and this time, now I have my support system in place - my treatment for the BDD, my doctor and help from home, I have no excuse not to do it. I can't waste my life hiding in the house feeling so ugly, people will feel sick looking at me. It won't solve my issues with my facial apperance but removing the lardy wall I have put up will make me face up to my real problems and if I can fight the flab, I can fight BDD too!

All ugly ducklings turn into swans.
