Hi, this is still listed as far as i can see as 1syn for 1tbsp of light 1000 island dressing, however this is now fatfree and wondered if it was still 1 syn at all?

Syns online shows the Classic one to be 1.5 per tbsp, the light at 1 per tbsp but the fat free doesn't seem to be on there - however the other fat free Kraft ones are free

It's got no free food allowance so it'd be 1 syn for every 20 cals.
The NV states 16 cals per 15 ml (1 tbsn) so, as far as I'm concerned, that's 1 syn of anyone's money.

I believe the only FREE Kraft dressings are the French & Italian ones (Fat Free versions only).

Thats why its strange as the 1000 island is also fatfree now

Thing is fat free doesn't necessarily mean syn free. It could be that it has a lot of sugar for example.
