KRM Eating Plan

Hi Guys,

I, like some, enjoy a good eating plan. I think it's more important to enjoy eating right, than considering it as something you're forcing yourself into.

I've been mad on trying different eating plans, and I decided to devise one myself based on getting my body in a state of 'Ketosis'.

Unlike many people that suggests diet, i've done it, and dropped from 15 stone 7lb, to 14 stone 3lb in 4 weeks, and more importantly it's stayed off.

I thought if anyone's struggling to lose weight and tried other methods, then they may want to give it a go.

I'm a 24 year old bloke who's big on training in the gym, so I've tweaked it to suit all.

If you stay true to the eating times, and ensure the food is clean, there's no reason why it shouldn't work.

If anyone tries it, let me know how you get on, I've recommended this to a few friends, male and female, and all have seen really good results.
