Lactose free

Could anyone shed some light on this please: I did CD a year and a half ago and am now doing it again. It seems that all sachets are lactose free now (apart from chocolate). I am no longer sure if that was the case last time I was on CD?
Is it still possible to get normal sachets rather than lactose-free as I am finding them chalky and yucky

That is confusing as my CDC says they are all lactose free apart from chocolate. Confused!!

The only lactose free are: mushroom, leek and potato, cappucino, choc orange and if requested choc or vanilla - but choc and vanilla are in ordinary too. Can't say I notice a difference in taste of lactose free to normal ....
