personally I found when previously on the diet (im a restater :sigh that totm slows my weightloss down and sometimes i dont lose at all. It has something to do with retaining water i think...... the joys of being a woman lol

when my totm was looming i used to get very hungry a few days before i knew it was coming!! someweeks i didnt loose other weeks i did.you can retain wate during totm. also cd can mess up you cycle a bit i was all over the place for a while but it settled down

It does for me - I've had two whilst on CD & on both of them I didn't loose a lb - didn't gain either mind, just stayed the same.
