Does TOTM affect your losses? I don't think I'm going to lose this week as sts for 5 days, but I'm hoping its water retention. :sigh:

I dont know about the Atkins WOE...but I've heard some people on here saying it does. I'm only on day 6.

But I know it did when I was WW. I would have sts or minimal losses during the week before and during my TOM and then a big whoosh when it had passed

Yep totm always adds a few pounds, sadly, but it reverts back

So frustrating! Its always the time where I want to cave and eat chocolate and drink wine too but I rode it and 3 days in have dropped a lb so happy with that I guess
