Lamb and spinach curry

Its takeaway treat night as Ive got to do a night shift tonight and always have a treat when im doing one!
My fav is lamb and spinach curry, i know each indian will be different portion/oil etc but anyone know the rough syn value? My partner and I are going to share one and also have a chicken tikka starter each...mmmmmmmmmm!! just want to know how good i need to be to make up for it!!

most chicken curry is between 6-10 syns but lamb is higher. I can't find it on calculator sorry.
