I had lamb shanks tonight.
I put them in a roasting dish with lid, put water with them and added an oxo cube. Cooked for 2.5 hours on gas mark 4. Was going to have cauli mash with them but couldn't be bothered so I just took some of the juice and mixed with a little xgum and made a little gravy.
Also had duck today lol - fried it in a pan with a little butter and had with some soy sauce - again should have had some veggies but didn't opps!
