lamb mince

Hey guys
I'm making the slimming world kebab recipe I found on here only I couldn't get lean or even extra lean mince. It does say "typically less than 20% fat" though. Does anyone know the syns in lamb mince please? It's a 600g carton from asda,which ill be splitting 3 ways xx

Hi goingotbethin102. Lamb mince is not free, I'm afraid. I think it must naturally have a higher fat content than other minced meats. The Asda mince you mention is 4.5 syns per 100g on original and EE days. So a 600g packet split 3 ways would be 9 syns each - eek!
