Am I right in thinking that this is only 6 syns on HE? SO, if I add plain boiled rice, I've got a takeaway for 6 syns?

Just make sure you weigh your serving as what you get from the takeaway can be a lot more than the servings quoted by SW. You could inadvertently be eating 2 or 3 times more syns without realising
