Hiya Could anyone please tell me how many syns are in Icelands Lamb Shanks with mint gravy are please, I lost 3lbs last week doing EE so hoping for the same result this week, so dont want to eat anything I shouldnt

I looked these up a couple of days ago on minimins and found they are 12 syns on Red/EE. Sorry can't remember the syns for Green I had given up on them by then.
