Lasagne crisp recipe

My consultant was telling us about lasagne crisps, but was a bit vague as to how long they should be cooked and what number. All I know is that you soak the lasagne sheets in boiling water until they are soft, cut into triangles, and add flavouring. What flavouring would you recommend, and how long and what number oven. Thanks for your help
