I do a quorn one where I have alternate layers of dry roasted veg (courgettes, onion, pepper, carrot) and the other layer of quorn bolognaise. Normally do one or 2 of each then top with a large tub of VFF fromage frais, mixed with 1 or 2 eggs and half of the cheese that i'm going to use in the recipe and then sprinkle the other half on top. (My lasagne dish does 6 good portions so I use 250g half fat cheese then it's a HeA or heB each)

Oh and it always tastes better the day after - don't know why but it just seems to settle and absorbs the flavour!

I use a very large tub of vlfat natural yoghurt. Whisk in 3 eggs, half a tsp cumin and a HEAor B of Cheese finely grated. You could save a bit of the cheese and sprinkle that on top. This is a good one and works well as a topping.
