Lasagne triangle cheese sauce

Anyone know how is best to do it.. 5 LC triangles for a HEa, do i just heat it up?? add water? milk?

Hi there

I dont know about using cheese triangles but I use ff cottage cheese or quark for my lasagne sauce, I blend it until smooth as I prefer it smooth and add some salt and pepper (a bit of mustard powder would be nice too) and add a little water to thin in so it is pourable. No syns or HEs used at all!
