I just use fat free yogurt, eggs, and pinch of nutmeg, and sprinkle a little cheese on top (hexa).

I sometimes crumble in a little blue cheese (HA portion) into my quark as it soaks up the flavour and helps make sauce taste a bit more cheesy! If I'm having a red day, I substitute aubergine slices for the pasta sheets. (Griddle them first before puting into dish). Must admit though that I actually prefer the aubergine slices to pasta, really scrummy!
