I had a dream that Lucas North from Spooks (the lovely Richard Armitage) joined our Slimming World class because all his funny working hours saving London from terrorists etc was playing havoc with his diet and he didn't have time to go to the gym!

I just thought I'd share that with you all!

If only! I love him! Not so much in the last series of Robin Hood when he had manky hair, but in that Christmas edition of Vicar of Dibley - Nyom!

He'd be some motivation at a class wouldn't he?!
