It was back last December and I witnessed a car accident...guy drove erratically then hit someone's car. I tried to see if he was ok, but he wouldn't talk to me. Hubby called police, I found owners of the parked car....as we were walking to the other vehicle, the guy drove off!!
The owner denied driving the car, because at the time it didnt have any tax, insurance etc and said that it was stolen...but on the day, the car didnt have a smashed window etc that he claimed it had.
Anyway the owner didnt even show up today, but they called me in anyway as a witness...I told the court what I saw and they passed sentence of guilty - 200 court charges, 200 fees and 3 points on his licence.
Anyway, the crown is mine!!!!
