Last weigh-in before holidays...

...and lost 4.5lbs. Really really pleased as i normally never lose more than 3lbs if i've had a good week the previous week (lost 6lbs last week) so yay! The new ticker counting down to my new target is on its way :happy036:

I'm off on my jolly hollys in the morning to sunny Northern Ireland lol so i'll say goodbye and wish you all a happy and successful week - see you all next Wednesday byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
