    Ooops sent before I finished! I usually make twice as much dinner and save half for supper and I eat it because it's there! How do I get out of the habbit?

    I have a pub and am usually downstairs until 12. My chill out time is between 12am and 1ish ..... Which is when I have my supper. If I don't eat, all I can think of is eating! Food is like a drug!

    Hmm... I can't really say much as without exception, every night between 9 and 10 I have my "naughties". I have a cup of coffee and all 10 syns and usually a B choice til my belly is bloated! LOL.

    I think, if it's not affecting you losing then, enjoy the food!

    Put the other half in the freezer as soon as it's cool. Or make yourself some healthy snack like SW chips or veg and hummous.
