Shame, they sound really nice. Only LC light and extra light are listed as a HE.
LC triangles with blue cheese are 2 syns each

Are they called deli light by any chance? It says 5 laughing cow deli light square portions.... Any variety.

I think I remember when they came out my c at the time said they were hexa

The Deli Light portions a square, you tend to find them in Aldi.

No these definitely are not those. These are reg triangles. But blue cheese flavour. Not light at all. X

They have have these, they used to be deli lights and were 5 for an a choice now they are full fat so i would guess that you get the same as the other full fat laughing cow triangles!
