So I have been asked if I have a diet diary on here, and I do keep one, but in a Word Doc. so I've decided I will just copy and paste it here! If you're reading this, then please don't judge me :p I do eat a lot of my syns, and have takeaway quite often, but I do stick to plan most of the time :) Feel free to ask for recipes etc.


Day 1
Weight: 13st 9lbs
Breakfast: 3 rashers of bacon, 2 eggs and 4 mushrooms with half tbsp tomato sauce (1 syn).
Lunch: Ham and cucumber sandwich on wholemeal (HexB) with margarine (2 syns), reduced fat red pepper humus with cucumber sticks (5 syns) and a banana.
Dinner: Pasta with 20g cheddar cheese (HexA) and broccoli.
Snacks: Left-over special fried rice (6 syns), apple, tangerine and a pear.
Total syns: 14

Day 2
Breakfast: Beans with 2 slices wholemeal toast (HexB).
Lunch: Cous cous with roasted peppers, mushrooms, spinach, onions and garlic and a pear.
Dinner: Salad with balsamic vinegar, jacket potato and grilled chicken strips.
Snacks: Tangerine, mini crème egg (3 syns) , pear, 5 Laughing Cow Light Triangles (HexA), can of coke (7 syns).
Total syns: 10

Day 3

Breakfast: Eggs, ham and mushrooms with half tbsp tomato sauce (1syn).
Lunch: Cous cous with roasted peppers, mushrooms, spinach, onions and garlic, pear, tangerine, strawberries and blueberries.
Dinner: Grilled chicken strips, jacket potato and salad with balsamic vinegar.
Snacks: Coffee with 25ml semi-skimmed milk (part of HexA), banana, 2 laughing cow light triangles (part of HexA) and 5 chocolate fingers.

Day 4

Breakfast: Two slices of wholemeal bread (HexB) and 2 laughing cow light cheese triangles (2/5 HexA).
Lunch: SW chips, scrambled eggs and beans.
Dinner: Pasta with 1.5 laughing cow light cheese triangles (1.5/5 HexA), peas, prawns and smoked salmon.
Snacks: Piece of sugar free chewing gum (0.1 syn), mini chocolate cheesecake (0.75 syns), mini milky way (5 syns), a strawberry, banana, apple and pear.
