The coleslaw was dead easy! I bought a pack of 'coleslaw mix' from asda and threw away the mayo sachet that you get inside it - then I added natural yoghurt and plenty of salt and pepper and I threw in a handful of jalapeños and mixed it all together

What a good idea! I made some but too much faff doing all carrot and cabbage lol

Hi guys, woke up to way feels like a head cold :( got the sniffles and I struggled getting up with the baby! I'm not goin to let it affect me though because I've been so good doing SW and I feel good inside too :) here's my diary for today...

Hey Laura - just a thought - if you're having LM sausages, a mugshot and fruit and then veg for dinner, you could turn today into a green day?!

As you've no meat, you could have an extra HExA/HExB?! Maybe you want to keep the way it is but just an idea :) xx

Hey that's a good idea! I'm trying to defrost/empty my freezer so there's no meat in the freezer! Thanks for that :) xx

Hey guys! How's everyone's Friday going? It's weigh in day and I'm really nervous (even though I've been dead good!) I always get the munchies on Friday as well which is annoying! Here's what today is looking like...

Pitta pizza with SW chips and jalapeño coleslaw (a bit obsessed with this meal at the minute!) plus sauce (5)

Well done love! A lb is a good weekly loss, just remember that a lb is made up of 500 calories less every day (7x500 =3, 500- 1 pound of weight) so you would have to cut out too many calories daily to be losing more than 1 lb a week and I honestly do not feel that it is healthy to lose more than that. Other than me losing what I regained on holiday as I know as soon as I get back into sw mode I can get back to my current sw weight (pre holiday)

Celebrate a loss whatever it may be :D
