I have decided to take a break from ww just for a couple of days.
It's my 30th on Saturday and today I was taken for lunch, tomorrow I'm having birthday cake at work, Friday and Saturday I'm eating out. So I just feel it's best to enjoy the next few days guilt-free and get back on it on Sunday :) x

Thanks girls. I've had an amazing weekend so far. And have been spoilt so much.
Still weighed in this morning and have stayed the same which I'm quite impressed with actually.

Thanks girls...I've decided that I'm going to restart once I'm back from my holiday in Wales on the 19th. Hopefully I won't do too much damage until then as I'll be doing plenty of walking xx

So I havent been pointing for 2 weeks now due to my 30th birthday and then a holiday in Wales. I had honestly expected to have gained at least 7lbs. But I weighed in this morning and have only gained 4lbs. I think all the miles of mountain walks may have off-set all the extra food. So im going to restart from today.

Food for today not so great as used lots of weeklies but im just glad its all pointed and ive always been someone who uses weeklies more at the weekend.
