Hi Lea - just had a punishing session with Chris upstairs!
I had my bra fitting with Bravissimo and it was great - they don't measure - just guess and then try on bras to narrow it down. All the makes are slightly different - I ended up with a 36F and 38E and they fit perfectly. Best I've ever had and not too expensive.
You've been so brave chucking out all your big clothes - there's no going back now... I'm still thinking about it though I'm getting rid of a lot along the way - need to make room in the wardrobe for new stuff!

I really think u should consider getting rid of the bigger clothes because research shows yr more likely to maintain if u do apparently and i will do anything to succeed lol evidently lol
Miles just kicked my ass on a 40 min work out tonight he's a twit ! But my legs will be smaller !

ditto to that!! lol it's so annoying having to buy different size clothing and bras in different shops
especially when i'm too lazy sometimes to try things on & then have to end up taking it back haha hope u get it sorted! xx

Try out this website: What Size Am I? for sizing. The lady who put it together is, apparently, an engineer who also likes fashion. She noticed that you can be different sizes depending on the shop you're in and did an analysis of sizes in UK shops and in US shops.

Morning me dear. Can't believe you are now posting photos of your boobs-whatever next! sadly mine look the same-i can actually pick up the skin-revolting. . .but still better than lard! I honestly think that when it comes to bras you need to go to a specialist-ie a lingerie shop. They really know what they are doing and will have a much better selection. My size is really tricky now- 30F -try finding that in m&s! Lost 5lbs this week- yay! That's after my first cheat where i had some maltesers! Now at 11.3- Omg -can't believe that i might just see those 10s soon. Just finishing up my cd stuff then will start on the s&s when i get home-looking forward to it as now really a bit bored of these flavours and so have started to pick! Very proud of you for getting rid of old clothes-i did the same-all went to charity bins and friends. If you keep them you are just saying that you believe that you are going to fail and none of us are going to do that-we have come too far. There is no going back! Have a good day-give mike an extra 10mins for me. X x x

Pmg omg omg u skinny Minnie and congrats love that's amazing xxxxxx whhhoooo did u get all flustered over my 80 yr old boob lol and 10 more mins are u trying to kill me ????? On a plus note I can see minor improvement on my legs whoop !!!!!

Well after the 1lb loss I'm surprising myself by having a fan frecking tastic week x diets going fine trying to get back into ketosis works been fine and went shopping and bought loads of lovely knickers and they are extra special because they actually represent knickers now not hammocks lol
I have washed and ironed all the bag of clothes I found when I did my carboot and guess what they all fit apart from the jeans still too small ! But these clothes ate from when I was at college age 17 so we are talking 11 years ago here and pre children and I put them on and they are perfect ! This my every shrinking friends is absolutely unbelievable I am astounded and feeling amazing best I have felt since I started this diet ! I'm walking round the house in my 12/14 black French knickers and my black lace vest top so almost naked feeling unbelievabley amazing and although my boobs are saggy and my belly and legs wobbly right at this moment I couldn't give two hoots it's just brilliant x
