Lean Mince

Can anyone advise me on the pts in lean mince. Have a pack at home ( not sure what size) and wanted to make spagetthi bolognese tonight for dinner.

Its 5 pts for medium portion (140g) of uncooked extra lean beef

7 points for medium portion (140g) of uncooked mince beef

As the first one is extra lean, and the second one is ordinary mince beef, yours being lean i would say between teh 2, so 6pts.
