    Breakfast: WW bagel & banana
    Lunch: Crabstix salad with pitta
    Dinner: Chicken Stir Fry

    feeling really motivated, hope it lasts!:D

    remember to write your points down too - as it will help you begin to remember them - saves looking up all the time
    its great to see ou have so many fruits a veggies in your diet - all great for filling you up for no points or very few :):)
