Leaving lipotrim:( for now...

Hi everyone. Sorry to say I must leave Lipotrim for a while due to doctors orders:sigh: But the good news is he has approved the Cambridge diet for me (coz I eat a small meal every now and then, but the diet is virtually the same). My weight loss should be 'almost' the same. I will still be posting and gathering inspiration from the LT crowd. Thanks to everyone who helped me through the first few weeks. Dont think I could have done it alone!! Anyway, Im still around.:character00238: There is no way Im giving up weight loss now, whatever programme Im on!!!

Welcome to CD , I think with CD there are more choices . Not knocking LT , as its still a good diet , Think there about the same in cost too say 38 pounds .
What have you got from CD so far , I mean food packs ?

I havent tried them yet, Tuesday first day. i ordered quite a variety to try. im a savoury tooth so cant wait for the soups!!!

Your used to VLCD so your know you will do well .
Good luck , soups I have them more in the winter .
But not too many
