    Hi all

Just making Leek and Pea Pasta from this months mag. It says 2.5 syns serving and i cant see where the syns are coming from. Is Phily light with garlic and herbs a hexA at 57g?. and 2 syns per 28g?

They used to say in recipies, add 6 syns if not using as hexa - do u think this is what they mean without saying?

    Am i confusing things?

    Many thanks

The syns are in the Philly as it is not a HEA I am afraid

Philly is only a HEB and then only a green day

I had this for dinner tonight and it was gorgeous. Added some corn to it too. The portions are really big and it is sooo creamy.

Made 2 servings so get to eat it again tomorrow!
