Loulou is right about the salt...and it wouldn't surprise me if this diet is the cause as the shakes are standard but our bodies are individual.

So go to a health food shop or look on line. Pre-LipoTrim I used celtic sea salt it looks dirty in colour but tastes the same. Am sure you could add a bit to the chicken soup. Even if you retain a bit of water it's got to be worth it to get rid of the cramps hasn't it? (and it won't affect your fat loss) xxx
