Lemon flavoured Green Tea

Is this allowed? i know it used to be just leaf teas no fruits or flowers but wasnt sure if it changed? Thanks

Im not sure about the Lemon Green tea,
Sounds nice but Im used to green Tea now so will just stick to that unil I know for sure. Fingers crossed someone knows if it's allowed or not x x x

Thanks Angelupnorth, started cambridge a week or 2 after you and always love reading your weigh in updates, ive lost 5 1/2 stone since end of march, restarted on tues to get the final 2 stone off for my wedding in dec, lovely to see you got to your target and smashed it for your wedding day, ive got 9 weeks to get to my target ss all the way, well apart from my hen night ha xx

Lemon flavoured green tea will have citric acid in it which will take you out of ketosis so it's a no no I'm afraid, norma plain green tea is fine though.
