Puddings Lemon, Lime and Ginger Creams

This was on the back of an old jelly packet I had in the cupboard and it sounds delicious.

Make up the jelly sachet with 1/2 pint boiling water and allow to cool.
Add a 250g pot of quark and blend together.
Stir in 2 tbs of chopped stem ginger.
Divide between 6-8 individual moulds and chill until set.
Invert moulds and decorate with a little more stem ginger.

1 piece of stem ginger, drained is 2 syns. I thought this looked like a nice change for a pudding.
