Recipe: 1.5 Syns for whole sponge, and filled with WW Lemon tart yoghurt (free)
1 tub fat free yoghurt or quark
4 Eggs Separated
Lemon essence 2 drops
8 tbsp Canderel
3 level tsp baking powder (1.5 syns)
Mix egg yolks, canderel, lemon essence, baking powder, yoghurt together. Whisk eggs whites until thick and fold in. Add mixture to 2 small round tins and bake for about 20 mins.
