Well I'm no expert but I think this is fine. I did 790 for the majority of my weigh loss and I used it. I also could not find a single fat free dressing.
I got the be good to yourself stuff from tescos (I think).
I think less than 1% does count as fat-free. Its so low, it should do anyway!
Otherwise, make your own dressing with balsamic vinegar, black pepper, herbs and few chilli flakes (if you're brave)- yummy, and totally fat free!
The weight care with cambridge booklet states that fat free is defined as something with less than 0.15g fat per 100g/100ml.
I too have been on the hunt for a fat free dressing - there is a Hellmans one I have seen in Tesco and in the past I have seen an Ainsley Harriot one in Sainsbury.
Otherwise does anyone know if Balsamic vinegar acceptable in place of a fat free dressing?
