Lets do onplanuaries

Yikes. Need to come back on Onplanuaries regularly to stay on track.

Anyway- have done 30 mins on bike already.
Plan: Will not have sugar or alcohol today.

Was away for the weekend but still No sugar but NO to 20 mins on exercise bike. I did go for a walk. :)

Have burnt 250 on exercise bike this am, can’t promise no alcohol or buns tonight, but have planned-being watchful....had protein pudding for breakfast will have tuna salad for lunch and lowish carb curry later, and a glass of wine.

Have lost 2lb this week, aiming for the same next week.
 
Just over 10 weeks left for Christmas. :)

Going to start this up again.

I need to up my exercise so will be back on my bike(5 miles) on dry days and exercise bike(30 mins) on rainy days.
