The early rise peddling like mad seems to be working.
Currently listening to Tori Amos and remembering the 90s, ha, when I used to this a lot I was 6 stones lighter. Gonna get there again.

Hoping for a good end of month weigh in.

Well last dayand I have managed to lose 4 lbs during the month. - Not desirable but it is a loss

That is January over for me.

February is going to be No Sugar and 20 Mins on exercise bike.
