Well I have decided that 2013 is going to be MY year.... I finally feel motivated to lose some weight and I'm determined to succeed. I want to be able to go out and NOT be the fat awkward friend hiding in the corner of the club. I started slimming world on 14/01/2013 weighing 13st4lbs, my first week I lost 4lbs and then this week I lost 1lb. I'm disappointed as I thought I had been extra 'good' but looking back I was over cautious and don't think I ate enough. I'm not going to let this hold me back, as my mum said a loss is better than a gain. Up until now I have been doing extra easy but I think i need a little more control so going to attempt the green plan... Wish me luck.
