My mum & I mostly just do extra easy days, because we love all the choices and tend to munch on a lot of fruit & veg. My dad is a butcher, so we get all of our meat from him and he trims all of the fat off of everything for us. I only drink unsweetened soya/dairy free milk because I haven't been able to deal with dairy so well over the last couple of months.

Here's hoping I remember to keep track of everything, starting from yesterday - I'll update later for today's eats.

SATURDAY 20th JUNE 2013
Breakfast: Strawberries (which we picked last week and are delicious, by the way!)
Lunch: Stir-fry to test out our new wok. Sliced chicken breasts with a lot of veg and a simple (quickly thrown together) soy sauce dressing.
Dinner: Baked potato with spaghetti hoops, a decent portion of salad and two (big!) sausages.
Snacks: More strawberries and a custard cream to dunk in my tea. I also used a little strawberry Nesquik to make myself a milkshake.
